We know what you’re thinking; it’s a fictional character. Why would quotes by a fictional character matter? Well, just because it’s fictional doesn’t mean that the character’s quotes will be any less memorable. Besides, those quotes are written by real people! Wow, that sort of takes the magic out of it doesn’t it?

Regardless, these quotes that we will be looking at today are actually quite powerful. In spite of the fact that they were not spoken by real people, they still have the potential to change your life. Okay, yes, we know, that is a bit sappy. And yes, we also realize that there is nothing saying that a real person could not have said one of these quotes at some point in human history. For example, the Joker’s famous line is “If you’re good at something, never do it for free.” That seems like a quote that somebody at some point legitimately could have said. Or even Dory’s quote from Finding Nemo, “Just keep on swimming!” A human could have said that too!
